Our Story

Vince's Dependable Transport LLC was founded in 2024 with a simple mission: to provide non-emergency medical transportation that families can actually rely on. Too many seniors and people with disabilities miss critical appointments because their ride didn't show up — or showed up late, or wasn't equipped for their needs. We started this company to be different.

What Sets Us Apart

We work with almost every insurance plan. Many transportation companies turn away clients because of insurance complications. We've built relationships with Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage plans, and major NEMT brokers — so you're more likely to get the ride you need, covered.

Compassion is our standard, not an extra. Our drivers and driver's assistants are trained to treat every passenger with patience and respect. Whether you need help getting down a difficult walkway, an extra minute to get settled, or just a friendly conversation on the way to the doctor — we're here for it.
