Do you take Medi-Cal?Yes, we work with Medi-Cal through approved NEMT brokers. Call us with your member ID and we'll help confirm coverage for your trip.
What does "NEMT" mean?NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. It refers to scheduled transportation for people who need to get to medical appointments but don't require an ambulance. We are not an emergency service — for emergencies, always call 911.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?Yes, in most cases. Please let us know when you book so we can plan space for the additional passenger.
How much does a ride cost?If you have Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage, or work with an NEMT broker, your ride is typically covered at no cost to you. For private pay, we'll provide a clear quote based on your pickup location, destination, and service type. Call us for a fast quote.
Do you provide service outside of Riverside County, Moreno Valley, and Apple Valley?Sometimes — we frequently arrange longer trips to specialists and treatment centers throughout Southern California. Call us at (951) 346-1251 to ask about your specific destination.
What's the difference between ambulatory, wheelchair, and gurney service?Ambulatory: for passengers who can walk with minimal help. Wheelchair: passengers who use a wheelchair and remain in it during the ride. Gurney: passengers who need to remain lying down during transport. If you're not sure which service you need, call us — we'll help you figure it out.
Are your drivers trained?Yes. Every driver and driver's assistant is trained in safe transportation practices, mobility device handling, and respectful, compassionate care for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Is this an emergency service?No. We are a non-emergency service. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
